MEMORANDUM OPINION

THOMAS P. AGRESTI, Bankruptcy Judge.

The matter currently before the Court is the Motion for Relief from Stay or in the Alternative Motion to Dismiss Case with Prejudice and Motion for Sanctions filed by Crawford Square Community, the landlord of the Debtor. For the reasons expressed below, that portion of the Motion seeking Relief from Stay is granted. Because relief from stay will be granted for the stated reasons, the alternative request for dismissal is denied.
