The matter before the Court is the Motion of the Buncher Company for Entry of an Order Declaring that the Automatic Stay is Not Applicable, or in the Alternative, Granting Relief from the Automatic Stay (“Motion”).1 Flabeg Solar U.S. Corporation (hereinafter, “Debtor” or “Flabeg US”) filed a response opposing the relief sought by the Buncher Company (“Bunch-er”).
