OPINION

{¶ 1} Relators, Michael B. Ganson ("relator") and Michael B. Ganson Co., L.P.A., filed this original action requesting a writ of mandamus ordering respondent, Industrial Commission of Ohio ("commission"), to vacate its order denying him payment for home exercise equipment, and to enter an order granting payment.
