The appellee as plaintiff commenced this action in the district court for Wayne county against the appellant Thompson for an accounting, to set aside a quitclaim deed executed by him to the appellant for a certain tract of land situated in said county, and to recover an undivided one-half interest therein. Issues were framed, and as no objections were made to the form or sufficiency of any of the pleadings, it is unnecessary to copy them in this opinion.
