MEMORANDUM, OPINION AND ORDER

ANDERSEN, District Judge.

This is an appeal by debtor-appellant Doris Robinson from a final order of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Illinois, Eastern Division granting appellee Chicago Housing Authority’s (CHA) motion for relief from automatic stay. 1 The principle issue is whether the bankruptcy court erred in granting relief from the automatic stay to CHA.
