Before the Court is the Motion of Creditor Chester Housing Authority (“CHA”) and its Receiver Robert C. Rosenberg, Esquire 1 for Relief from Stay (the “Motion”) seeking to enforce its rights and remedies under a lease (the “Lease”) with the debtor Linda Veronica Bacon (“Debtor”) for a public housing unit located in Chester, Pennsylvania.
