Plaintiffs filed this action seeking to quiet title to three placer mining claims. Defendant answered denying plaintiffs’ title and asserted title in himself. Judgment was rendered in favor of defendant quieting his title as against plaintiffs except as hereinafter noted. From this judgment plaintiffs appeal.
