WARREN, District Judge.

There is currently pending in this civil action plaintiff’s motion for a preliminary injunction enjoining defendant from terminating plaintiff as defendant’s agent. A hearing was held on July 19, 1979, at which time the parties elicited testimony from witnesses and read portions of depositions. Since the Court had the benefit of briefs, the parties waived oral argument.
