After plaintiffs received a judgment for crop losses which the jury had found were covered by a crop insurance policy issued by defendant, the trial court awarded attorney fees to plaintiffs pursuant to OBS 736.325. This appeal only challenges the validity of the award of attorney fees. Defendant, as a corporation wholly owned hy the Federal government, claims that governmental immunity protects it from the attorney fees award. Except for the claim of immunity, the case would he controlled hy OES 736.325. ①
