On October 7, 1948, Mr. and Mrs. Paul Turelc entered into an agreement1 with the defendant, Margaret V. Tull, under the terms of which plaintiffs agreed to buy defendant’s home at 1506 Broom Street in Wilmington, Delaware, together with the business there operated by Mrs. Tull under the name of Tull Sanitarium. For three years preceding the sale, defendant had operated a nursing or rest home at the Broom Street address, having equipped it so as to provide bed and lodging for nineteen residents, and she had established for herself a firm position in the business of…
