Kendrick D. Gracey appeals from the sentence imposed following a plea of guilty to one count of aggravated indecent liberties with a child.

Facts

Kendrick Gracey has an IQ of 50 and was 21 years old at the time of the event that resulted in his conviction. On December 31, 2006, Wichita police investigated a report that Gracey sexually touched a 12-year-old girl.
