MEMORANDUM OPINION

ROSEMARY M. COLLYER, United States District Judge

Petitioner John Sweeney is incarcerated at the District of Columbia Jail. He claims that on June 8, 2015, he was arrested on a parole violator warrant issued by the United States Parole Commission. In February 2016, Mr. Sweeney filed this action for a writ of habeas corpus because the Commission had not held a hearing on the warrant since his arrest. In response to the Court’s order to show cause why the writ should not issue, the Commission has established that its violator warrant has not been executed to trigger the hearing…
