PARRISH, Chief Judge.

Danny Bacon (defendant) was found guilty, following a jury trial, of two counts of careless and imprudent driving (Counts I and II) and one count of assault in the third degree (Count III). The trial court imposed sentences of confinement for a term of one year in Count I, one year in Count II and six months in Count III. The sentences were concurrent. Defendant appeals from the convictions that were entered and the sentences that were imposed as to Counts I and II, the careless and imprudent driving offenses.
