OPINION

{¶ 1} This is an appeal by plaintiff-appellant, Ali Gill, from a judgment of the Ohio Court of Claims, in which that court denied appellant's October 4, 2004, motion for relief from judgment. For the reasons that follow, we affirm.

{¶ 2} Appellant is an inmate of the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction, and is housed by appellee, Grafton Correctional Institution ("GCI"). On November 19, 2001, appellant was injured when he fell from his bunk at GCI.
