Plaintiff, Grant County Tractor Co., Inc., brought an action for a deficiency judgment on a contract and security agreement for the sale of certain farm equipment to defendants, Vernon E. Nuss and wife. Defendants filed an answer and counterclaim denying plaintiff’s allegations and seeking rescission of the contract and damages by reason of the alleged defective condition of the equipment. The trial court entered judgment denying relief to either party. Both parties appeal.
