KRAVITCH, Circuit Judge:

The issue presented in this appeal is whether the district court abused .its dis cretion when it denied the appellants’ motion under 28 U.S.C. § 1447(c) for costs and attorneys’ fees incurred as a result of the appellee’s removal of the action to federal court. After oral argument and a thorough review of the record, we hold that the district court did not abuse its discretion, and accordingly, we affirm the judgment of the district court.
