2Per curiam

The plaintiff accepted a job with the defendant and moved to Michigan from New Jersey. He was laid off about a year later. He sued, alleging that the company had misrepresented its financial health and that he would not have accepted the position if he had known the actual situation. There was a jury trial resulting in a verdict in the plaintiffs favor. Following a remand from this Court, the Court of Appeals affirmed.

We conclude that the plaintiff presented insufficient evidence to establish fraud, and that the defendant was entitled to a directed verdict. We therefore *401reverse…
