— This was an action by appellee against appellant for-damages on account of personal injuries sustained by reason of the alleged negligence of appellant. ' From a judgment in favor of appellee appellant prosecutes this appeal and assigns as error the overrul*675ing of its demurrer to the second and third paragraphs of the complaint, the overruling of its demurrer to second and third paragraphs of appellee’s reply to appellant’s second paragraph of answer, and the overruling of its motion for a new trial.
