The Krnaks are owners of the property which is the subject of the land contract. Known as “Shady Shore,” it is resort property with 1,200 feet frontage on Lake Alice, a flowage of the Wisconsin river, and includes a main house, two cottages, and a garage with an apartment. The property was listed for sale by the Krnaks with the United Farm Agency. On December 3, 1953, John Beiler approached Howard Owen, salesman for the agency, with respect to property for sale in that area and “Shady Shore” was one of several properties which Owen showed him.
