¶ 1 Melissa Dietrich (Mother) files this pro se appeal from the order of the Berks County Court of Common Pleas, granting Eric Dietrich (Father) primary physical custody of their three minor children and Father’s petition for exclusive possession of the marital residence. The question in this matter is whether Father’s custody petition should have been dismissed where trial was not scheduled within 180 days of the filing of the complaint as mandated by Pennsylvania Rule of Civil Procedure 1915.4(b), local rules did not provide for automatic scheduling of trial, and neither…
