This is an insurance coverage dispute concerning an oil well that blew out and caught fire. The parties have previously appealed on three separate occasions to the court of appeals, and this is the first time we have granted review. Though the parties raise a number of issues related to equity and contract claims, the crux of our analysis is determining the proper role of equity claims when a contractual provision addresses the matter in dispute.
