DECISION AND OPINION
POSNER, Circuit Judge. *
This civil suit under the Copyright Act of 1976, 17 U.S.C. §§ 101 et seq., raises significant issues involving the computation of damages in a copyright case where the infringing item is not sold separately, and the use of expert witnesses. The case was tried before me in a two-day bench trial (August 16-17, 1983) limited to the issue of damages. At the conclusion of the trial I delivered a tentative oral opinion and asked the parties to submit post-trial briefs commenting on it.
