Robert Freeman pled guilty to two counts of lewd and lascivious conduct with children under sixteen years of age. The district court imposed consecutive sentences in the custody of the Board of Correction for an indeterminate term not to exceed twenty years on one count, and an indeterminate term not to exceed ten years on the other count.
