The defendant was charged with the crime of murder in Oklahoma county, was tried, convicted of manslaughter in the first degree, and sentenced to serve a term of six years in the penitentiary and has appealed.

It was contended by defendant that the evidence was insufficient to support the verdict, that the cross-examination of defendant by the county attorney was improper, and that the court erred in giving certain instructions, and failing to give a requested instruction outlining the defense presented by defendant.
