State v. Ledbetter

The grand jury of Greene .County returned an indictment in the circuit court of that county, charging the appellant, Roy Ledbetter, and Howard Carter with the crime of robbery in the first degree with a clangerous and, deadly weapon. The appellant was convicted of the charge and sentenced to ten years’ confinement in the penitentiary. He has duly appealed to this- court.
