MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
CIRE, District Judge.
Plaintiff instituted this action in the 11th Judicial District Court of Harris County for breach of contract. Defendant, Abdul Jalil, received service of process through the Secretary of State on December 17, 1979. Defendant, David D. Norkin, received service in the same manner the following day. Within thirty days of the date that he received service, Jalil removed the action to this Court.
