In this Colorado Consumer Protection Act (CCPA) case, the State of Colorado appeals the trial court's pre-trial order dismissing its claim under section 6-1-105(1)(d), C.R.S. 2009, and the court's judgment, entered after a bench trial, for defendants, The Mandatory Poster Agency, Inc. (MPA), Steven J. Fata, Thomas Fata, and Joe Fata, on its remaining claims. We reverse the dismissal order and remand for further proceedings because the People's complaint pled a subsection (1)(d) claim.
