LEE, District Judge.
Allegheny International Credit Corporation (AICC), a debtor-in-possession in a case under chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code pending in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, sought a determination that AICC properly redeemed real estate from an Illinois tax sale (Count I of AICC’s Complaint at Adversary No. 88-425), or, in the alternative for avoidance of any foreclosure of the right of redemption as a fraudulent transfer under Bankruptcy Code § 548, 11 U.S.C. § 548 (Count I of AICC’s Complaint at Adversary No.…
