MEMORANDUM, OPINION AND ORDER

ROBERT E. GINSBERG, Bankruptcy Judge.

This matter is before the court on the motions of Lucille Jackson, the debtor, to enforce the automatic stay and for sanctions and the motions of Midwest Real Estate Investment Company Partnership to lift the automatic stay and objecting to a claim filed on its behalf by the Debtor. 1 For the reasons stated below, the court grants the Debt- or’s motion to enforce the automatic stay, denies the Debtor’s motion for sanctions, denies Midwest’s motion to lift the automatic stay, and continues Midwest’s motion objecting to claim…
