This suit was brought by the Houston Funeral Home, a corporation, J. H. Johnson and S. P. Miller, individually and as officers and directors of the Houston Funeral Home, against Henry W. Boe, Slim Kent, Buster Kent, George Boe, Frank Glover, C. L. Cotton, and one Rossin, relators, alleging in substance that they were in possession of the physical properties and assets of the Houston Funeral Home, a corporation engaged in the business of conducting funerals and embalming, and that they were properly and successfully conducting the business' of said corporation, and that on…
