This appeal is from an order of the district court of Collin county, dissolving a temporary writ of injunction that theretofore had been issued on an ex parte hearing, in favor of the city of Farmersville, appellant; and also from an order denying the application for an injunction, requested by appellant on its same petition, after the hearing on the motion to dissolve had been had and the order dissolving the temporary injunction had been entered.
