MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

YOUNG, Chief Judge.

I. INTRODUCTION

Curtis M. Perry (“Perry”), the Debtor, filed a voluntary Chapter 11 petition which was shortly thereafter converted into a Chapter 7 case.

Deborah Casey (the “Trustee”) commenced litigation against Perry and his wife, Isabel Perry (“Isabel”) (collectively the “Perrys”), alleging certain fraudulent conveyances.
