*486Debtors Manhattan Jeep Chrysler Dodge, Inc. ("Manhattan Jeep") and Manhattan Automotive, LLC ("ARF" and together with Manhattan Jeep, the "Debtors") seek confirmation of their Amended Plan of Liquidation [Dkt. No. 181]. Objections to confirmation were filed by the trustees of Local 868 Pension Fund (the "Fund") and by the New York City Department of Finance.
