THE COURT.
—Heretofore the plaintiff had recovered judgment against the defendant corporation in a foreclosure suit, and, after sale of the premises involved, a deficiency judgment was duly docketed against said corporation for five thousand five hundred and eighty-seven dollars and twenty-five cents.
