This is an appeal by the respondent-appellant, Allan F. Glasschroeder, from the report of the referee recom*673mending that the appellant’s license to practice law in Wisconsin be revoked for having appropriated for his own use in the course of his professional employment monies belonging to a client without the consent of that client and for having uttered as genuine a forged check.
