MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

INTRODUCTION

This is a putative class action brought by Plaintiff Rosalind Brown against her former employer, Defendant Ameriprise Financial Services, Inc., f/k/a American Express Financial Advisors, Inc. (“Ameriprise”), for race discrimination. Presently before the Court are two Motions Ameriprise has filed vis-a-vis Brown’s Complaint.
