Revenue Properties, Inc., is a Canadian company involved in the development and sale of real estate in Canada. Its common stock has been listed on the Toronto stock exchange since April 1965 1 and there apparently were some over-the-counter sales in the United States before November 12, 1968. A public offering of 800,000 shares was made in the United States under a registration statement, including a prospectus, filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission, which became effective on November 12, 1968.
