The Court has before it for determination the question of whether it should grant relief from the automatic stay imposed by Section 362(a) of the Bankruptcy Code (“the Code”) to permit mortgagee Walter E. Heller Western, Inc. (“Heller”) to foreclose its liens against three parcels of real property belonging to the debtors’ estate.
