This matter is before the court on the objection of Citizen’s National Bank to confirmation of debtor’s proposed Chapter 13 plan and its motion for relief from stay.

I. Facts

The Debtor, Carvey Jones, purchased a 1989 Cadillac Brougham on March 31,1989. To do so, he borrowed $31,855.62 from Citizen’s National Bank (CNB). The loan was to be repaid, with interest at the rate of 13.25 percent, over a period of five years through monthly payments of $732.92.
