This is a motion by the defendant, Central New York Building Corporation, to set aside a verdict of $1,500 for the plaintiff, on the ground that the verdict was inconsistent, in that the jury found said corporate defendant to be negligent, but found no negligence on the part of its employees, the codefendants.
