This was an action in which the defendant was prosecuted on a charge of burglary with explosives, and grand larceny. He was convicted of the latter offense and appeals. The state’s case against the defendant tended to prove the following facts: The State Bank at Buhler, in Reno county, was burglarized on Friday night, February 7, 1919. The bank vault had been blown open with explosives, and a large number of safety deposit boxes had been opened and looted.
