Horton, C. J.:

I. It is insisted that the record in this case does not show that the defendant was furnished with a copy of the information, or waived it at any time before going to trial; also, that the record fails to show the defendant was ever arraigned or pleaded to the information, and, therefore, that there was a mistrial, and the judgment should be reversed.
