Per Curiam,

This is an appeal by claimant from a decision of the Unemployment Compensation Board of Review denying him benefits on the ground that his unemployment was due to his voluntarily leaving work within the disqualification of section 402(b) of the Unemployment Compensation Law, 43 PS §802 (b).

Claimant had been employed as a part-time janitor for Avoca Sportswear Company, Avoca, Pennsylvania. During the winter his weekly rate was $25 for about 25 hours, while for the months from June until September the weekly rate was $15 for about 15 hours. The record shows that claimant had…
