This matter comes before the Court on plaintiff Tiedel’s motion to vacate, alter or amend the March 24, 1987 Order and Judgment granting defendant Beech Aircraft Corporation’s (“Beech”) Motion for Costs and Attorney’s Fees pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1920, Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 54(d), and United States District Court for the Western District of Michigan Local Court Rule 42(j) and (k).
