OPINION OF THE COURT
YAWN, Senior Judge:
In accordance with his pleas, appellant was convicted by a military judge sitting as a general court-martial of two specifications of distribution of cocaine and one of the attempted wrongful distribution of cocaine, violations of Articles 80 and 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. §§ 880 and 934 (1982). He was sentenced to reduction to the grade of Private E-l, forfeiture of all pay and allowances, a dishonorable discharge, and confinement at hard labor for five years.
