FLETCHER, Judge:

Appellant pleaded guilty to the wrongful possession with intent to distribute and the wrongful sale of marihuana, in violation of Article 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. § 934. He was found guilty of these two offenses by the military judge in accordance with his pleas. For these offenses and others,1 appellant was sentenced on December 7, 1979, to a bad-conduct discharge, confinement at hard labor for 4 years, total forfeitures, and reduction to airman basic.
