DICKSON, Justice.

Defendant Daryl Brown was convicted following a jury trial of burglary, a class B felony; theft, a class D felony; criminal recklessness with a deadly weapon, a class D felony; kidnapping, a class A felony; residential entry, a class D felony; robbery, a class B felony; and theft, a class D felony. He was also found to be a habitual offender.
