SHEPARD, Chief Justice.

Appellant Darnell Carter faced multiple charges of drunk driving,. These led to verdicts of guilty on all counts and a judgment of conviction for the erime of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, as a class D felony. The Court of Appeals rejected Carter's claims of error, but directed the trial judge to vacate the other two guilty findings. This was unnecessary.
