In this action to review a decision of the Colorado Oil and Gas Commission (Commission), plaintiffs, Jack J. Grynberg, individually and d/b/a Jack Grynberg and Associates, Celeste C. Girynberg, and Grynberg Petroleum Company, seek reversal of the district court judgment that affirmed the Commission's conclusion that the Commission lacked jurisdiction to interpret the terms of an oil and gas lease between plaintiffs and defendants, Marilyn B. Bateman and Richard K. Cramer. We affirm.
