¶ 1 Plaintiff, Grant Brothers Ranch, LLG (Grant Brothers), sued defendants, Antero Resources Piceance Corporation (Antero) and Ursa Operating Company, LLC (Ursa) (collectively, Operators), to recover its share of proceeds derived from the production and sale of oil and gas.
